It’s a peaceful lush retreat, in breathtaking, clear dark sky countryside, in the heart of West Wales…yet completely convenient as we’re only a few miles towards the preseli blue stone mountain range from the main A40 ( M4 to Fishguard harbour route ) and only 30mins from any part of the West Wales peninsular, which boasts 180 miles of coastal paths from the Gower peninsular to Aberaeron. We offer top quality local food, a warm welcome, attentive service and comfortable unique rooms that are perfect for romantic getaways, short breaks, corporate travellers, idyllic weddings or relaxing meals with friends.
Jabajak has 8 uniquely different en-suite bedrooms, which are individually priced to include breakfast and to suit all budgets, located in different areas throughout the farmhouse. Some grouped together and others in discrete areas, making them ideal for a quiet quality break with your partner, a discreet relaxing business venue for corporate clients, a convivial get together with friends who can share the guest lounge with log burner or for exclusive use for a close family stay at a wedding.

Even if you don’t just fancy driving home and want to make the most of your restaurant and vineyard experience, you’ll find a comfortable room to suit, as all our rooms are en-suite, have a TV, free wifi, tea and coffee making facilities and include a full cooked breakfast in the restaurant in the morning.

Jabajaks four restaurant locations were crafted from the carriage house, stable, milking parlour and grain store of the original drovers’ farm to provide a convivial meal with friends, a truly unique romantic dining experience, a distinctive wedding or corporate dining experience. Expect no less than classic fresh decor, solid oak floors & staircases and cosy under-floor heating when you dine here.

Our kitchen garden provides us with a fantastic supply of fresh herbs, leaves, fruit and veg.
Quality dairy products such as cheeses and ice creams are locally sourced, ensuring you experience a truly welsh produce experience.
Our meats are supplied by local Welsh farmers. Celtic Pride steak, salt marsh Welsh lamb, even rabbit.
We specialise in edible flowers such as nastursiums, violas and even dandelions!
We frequently forage the hedgerow for natures delicacies such as wild garlic, nettles and elderflowers.
The coast for cress and samphire and we use local fishermen for our fish dishes. Including lobster, mussels, trout, mackerel, line caught bass and scallops when in season.
We have a smoker on site and use it to smoke some of our meats and fish.
We specialise in making exceptional homemade produce such as breads, terrines and pates. Not to mention desserts and sorbets.
We also endeavor to keep our menu as seasonal as possible and always cook to order

On your arrival at the restaurant, you will enter the lounge bar. You can relax in the plush leather sofas here before or after your meal. On sunny evenings, you may wish to sit out on the patio or by the pond in the vineyard and take in the stunning views of the rolling countryside and the wildlife. You may even see our resident red kite cruising over the land. Whilst you enjoy Jabajak wines ( including our unique vineyard selection ) Welsh ales, filter coffees and a variety of teas and soft drinks.

Jabajak Vineyard is in the heart of West Wales on the edge of the bluestone mountain range.
This location has been the inspiration for our pioneering vineyard development as our philosophy is simply to provide quality wine that belongs to it's terroir. Please feel free to stroll around.

After eight years of development, we finally realised our first, long awaited harvest in 2014 which has won international recognition.
