His team may be great but i would think twice about going to anything that he himself leads.
 During the summit night he was right behind me during the climb and was continously saying "if you are out of breath at this point you can never do this" and he was demorilising me. At that altitude you really need to control your breathing and instead i was trying to reply to his comments etc. My bloodpressure at one point got so high that my ears were ringing.

 He at one point shouted at Ang Kami Sherpa saying " here we have a problem, this one is not a team player" as if i dont have a name and humiliate me in front of others. Provoking me.

 At crampon point when i tried to put on crampons he shouted and said "no! no crampons!" and when i asked why he said "dont you f... understand i cannot take you up there you are slow" (yes thats the f word right there). So here you can see his way of approaching clients, and him favoring his "faster" clients.

On the day we were returning to Namche he tried to approach me and i ignored him. He then got irritated and started to provoke me saying i had to tone down when i was basically ignoring him.

He was trying to show me as target to others too.I turned on my gopro and told him that i will be recording everything. He then shouted "you go there! you stay there!" while waving his arm towards me.

It doesnt matter if he can get you on top of a mountain when he has the capability of treating a client with all rudeness when he knows you need him as you are vulnerable in middle of nowhere in a mountain. Its such a shame that a mountaineer uses this against a client.

There are many good local companies out there who will provide you the respect you deserve, choose one of those, the places you stay doesnt matter when your trip is all ruined because of one person who thinks he can control anything just because he is the owner.

And he blocks people on instagram when he doesnt like their comments...

Think twice or even thrice before you pay twice of other agencies....
