Bude Surfing Experience is based on Summerleaze beach in Bude in North Cornwall. A great beach to learn to surf for beginners and intermediates.
It is also a dog friendly family beach with many facilities including beach hut hire and the outdoor sea pool and it is close to the towns shopping centre.

We are well established surf school ( over 16 years in operation). Approved by Surfing GB. Cornwall Council Approved and fully Insured. The surf school is run by Scott and his professional instructor team. Our team are highly qualified Surf coaches and highly trained Beach lifeguards, First Aiders and DBS Checked. Always available to chat on the phone for general information/surf hire/when and where is the safest place to surf/updates on the surf forecast/weather.

The price for a surf lesson is £35 for 2.5 hour long, all equipment included. We have a large range of high quality wetsuits and surf boards to fit every size. (Also available for hire!) Lessons available everyday usually at 10am and 2pm, all year round (times can vary with the tide).

We run surfing lessons for all ages and all abilities. Children under age of 8 years need to be accompanied in the water by an adult (wetsuit supplied).

The meeting point for your lesson is at the trailer next to the RNLI station on the car park at Summerleaze beach. All you need to bring is a swim costume and towel. We supply everything else!

We also offer personal 1:1 surf tuition and private sessions for families and large groups. Scott also runs sessions in Stand Up Paddle (SUP).
