With a striking white facade overlooking a vibrant green lawn and the Siem Reap River, Malis Restaurant serves Living Cambodian Cuisine. Dotted with palm tree and fragrant frangipani, the front lawn sweeps up to the impressive staircase at the entrance of the building that id modelled on the nearby temples of Angkor, especially the little known Prasat Kravan.
But though Malis may be rooted in ancient traditions, it is also unquestionably modern. The Chhatra Lounge, launched in June 2016, is an elegant, contemporary, high-end space in which to relax and enjoy a pre-dinner aperitif to the smooth sounds of our resident DJs and musicians, or perhaps try out one of our splendid signature cocktail before a night on the town.
Open daily from 6.30 am to 10.00 pm for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
