If you would like to indulge in our medium sized dishes; pan seared Lamb Tenderloins, marinated in Fresh Rosemary & roasted Garlic with a Red Wine & Port Sauce with Caramelised Pumpkin & Smashed Garlic, Pork Belly slowly braised in Dark Ale & Caramel with perfect crackling & steamed Broccoli, or Red Wine Chorizo Stew with Green Pea Couscous, Sea Bass with Goat Cheese Tartar & More.
Our Appetisers can be mixed onto a 'sharing platter'; Kutjera spiced Crab Cakes, Pear & Blue Cheese Parcels, Rocket Felafels with Beetroot Hummus & Tahini or warm Goat & Feta Cheese Dip with Vegetable Crudites. Let's not forget the 'Special Key' page, currently; Greek inspired Baked Feta, roast Baby Pumpkin stuffed with Quinoa, Sweetcorn, Mushrooms with a Herb dressing, Australian Desert Herbed Kangaroo Fillet with green Peppercorns & Pinoit Noir Sauce or Duck Lettuce Cups.
