For those looking for a unique wellbeing experience whilst furthering and growing their yoga and mindfulness practices, Inner Temple's small group retreats will provide a truly personal experience like no other. We have a mission to deliver meaningful, creative, fun holidays / retreat to women who are looking for a different style of Yoga Retreat. We offer a safe haven for women interested in a taking their yoga a little deeper on and off the mat.
At Inner Temple we know that walking on a spiritual path doesn’t necessary mean leaving home for a deep jungle, wearing ragged clothes and abstaining from pleasure. We work with you to nurture your being whilst enjoying the abundance that life can offer. In our villa-style small group retreats we hope, will allow you to feel fully at home.
We have crafted a retreat that is ‘real’, spiritual, fun, creative and positive. We offer space to explore all aspects of beauty from the inside out.
Our female only retreats are limited to small numbers so our guests form friendships, are able to receive dedicated guidance on their yoga practice, and continue to benefit from the positive energy that grows within the group.
Over-and-above the many benefits of practicing yoga daily, our guests will be guided through meditations, receive massages, and enjoy many group mindfulness activities.
We offer a number of different retreats, all focused on a truly holistic spiritual and grounding experience.
