At Hanoi Cooking Centre we care about all things culinary. We are the only purpose built cooking school in Hanoi and offer twice daily hands-on cooking classes and street food tours. We also have a wonderful café offering a wide range of traditional Street Food dishes , desserts and speciality coffees served and within the comfort of our air-conditioned restaurant .
Our guests develop a deep appreciation of the typical Vietnamese flavours, as well as the history and culture of Vietnamese cuisine when they take part in one of our six Vietnamese Cooking Classes including; Hanoi Street Food, BBQ & Salads and Coastal Seafood. Each Cooking Class & Street Food Tour includes a full market tour with one of our chefs who will lead you around one of the last remaining wet markets in Hanoi, to learn about the produce as well as the culture of the market. After the tour, guests return to the Cooking centre and participate in a hands-on cooking class working at your own cooking station. Upon completion of the class guests move to the restaurant to enjoy your own dishes accompanied by free flow local Hanoi beer, Dalat wine, soft drinks or fresh lemon juice.
The class typically lasts about 3.5 hours and includes a souvenir apron to take home.

Street Eats and Market Tour.
The tour begins with an introduction to the local food scene over a hearty bowl of pho; noodle soup, the quintessential Hanoi street food. Then it is off to a bustling local market where your chef will demystify the local produce, and encourage you to taste some of its most exotic ingredients . A further 5 venues are included in the tour and all travel between venus is by taxi or on foot, the tour lasts for 4 hours and finishes with a typical Vietnamese ca phe, or che (Vietnamese tea) and local sweets. Your chef and guide will also share some of their favourite eating and shopping secrets in Ha Noi for you to explore further. The tour runs daily from Monday to Sunday.

Market Tour & 3 course Lunch / Dinner
The Hanoi Cooking Centre is well known for their Market Tours within both their cooking classes and Street Food Tours. From 2017 clients can explore the bustling local market with a HCC chef who will guide you around the market, demystify the local produce, explain the market culture and encourage you to taste some of its most exotic ingredients. After this tour you will return to HCC to enjoy a 3 course traditional Vietnamese lunch or dinner, inclusive of one drink. This is a great opportunity to do more than ‘just have a meal’ if your schedule is packed and time is limited.
