Abell Point Marina located in the heart of the Whitsundays has emerged as one of the premier boating destinations on the east coast of Australia. Having just received a face lift over the past 3 years to the value of $12 million dollars, the new owner Paul Darrouzet is fast realising his vision to be Australia's most vibrant marina.

The redevelopment comes with a focus to accommodate boaties within Australia and overseas, providing a high level of quality and service. Abell Point Marina is located in Airlie Beach, Whitsundays, Queensland, a beautiful access point for the Whitsundays 74 islands and on the doorstep to the Great Barrier Reef. The new facilities include upgraded private amenities, two new restaurants and bars, 300 new parking spaces, foreshore relaxation areas, a new state of the art function and event center and currently under development, the marina parkland.

On the water, Abell Point is equipped with three-phase power up to 125 amps, berthing up to 70m, concierge services, hi-flow fuel bunkering with cam lock, 24-hour security, on-site container storage and deep water berths to 5m LAT. Concierge services for customers include courtesy car and dedicated marina heli pad for transfers, scenic flights and private landings. Specialised marine services and dedicated agents are available on request.

Upgrades have seen Abell Point Marina transform into the Whitsundays most vibrant marina precinct providing benchmark level services and facilities. The marina have seen a rapid increase in boating activity due to larger and deeper berth availability, excellent range of services and willingness of marina staff to take the hassle out of the boating experience for the customers and their guests. Abell Point staff concentrate on being the local expert for those visiting, providing guidance for the town of Airlie Beach and the Whitsunday Islands.
