The centre has the Australian Sugar Industry Museum which is dedicated top the preservation of the history of the sugar industry in Australia. It also provide an interpretative area that provide an explanation of sugarcane from paddock to the plate. From the vast fields of sugarcane to the delivery at the export bulk sugar terminals of the golden brown crystal "raw sugar".
All visitors receive a DVD containing two short videos, a sample of raw sugar and small packet of jelly beans representing a sample of an end product from sugarcane.
