Farmer and Sun is a locally owned and run family business, by owners Steve and Trena Waugh who have been farming in the Gympie Region for over 25 years. Their store boasts locally grown goods sourced from over 70 suppliers in the Gympie Region.
Established in 2012, their store has grown to now include grocery lines including organic breads, oils, pastas, sauces, cheeses, frozen goods and much more.
In 2015 they expanded to incorporate their very own Gourmet Cafe, serving Organic Fair Trade Coffee and producing their very own menu items on-site made fresh daily. Our Cafe is forever changing and growing with the trends, providing many alternative options including vegan, gluten free, dairy free, paleo friendly, vegetarian, raw, egg free, nut free and soy free.
