The Sunshine Coast Aero Club is one of the leading flight training facilities on the Sunshine Coast. We focus on professional training courses in Light Sport Aircraft plus GA Advanced Handling, Spin Recovery and Aerobatics. The club has excellent facilities, including licensed bar, Wifi and free parking.
We welcome visitors from Europe to do part-time or full-time flight training with us in a friendly club environment. If you hold a current *PPL or higher license we also have aircraft for private hire. The cost of flight training in Australia is significantly lower than in Europe and the beautiful Sunshine Coast is one of the top tourist destinations in the country. So, come learn to fly with us, or add an aerobatics endorsement, as part of your holiday in paradise!
*Note: Overseas PPL or higher license holders just need to apply for a Certificate of Validation from our Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) to use the privileges of their overseas license while visiting Austr
