Tambo is a tiny town located in the middle of the Australian Outback, a beautiful little town where unique hand made natural woollen teddy bears are created.
You can visit the workshop in the main street of town and watch your bear come to life.
Our bears come in two styles and two sizes; the Basil and the Toby, and in a variety of colours from natural neutrals to bright oranges, purples, blues and greens. Our Toby bears are crazy multi coloured patchworks, everyone is one of a kind. Our bears are named after local Tambo farming properties and given an individual registered number.
We also create fluffy koala bears and soft little echidnas (Australian porcupines). We are the makers of the original flat teddy, the Bickie Bear who is soft and cuddly and ideal for newborns.
Our products are all handmade in the tiny Outback town of Tambo.
