Victor Harbor Seafront Private Spa Accommodation
Admire the sea views while soaking in your private spa. Accommodation choices include upstairs private spa rooms with balconies and family suites, ground floor ensuite rooms, traditional bed and breakfast rooms, a self‐contained cottage and an apartment with balcony that is separate from the main building. Ideal for a romantic get away for 2, or a relaxed informal setting for a family, Anchorage can accommodate most requests.

Relax and unwind in the unique Anchorage Victor Harbor accommodation. The original building formally a heritage listed guesthouse has been tastefully renovated and expanded to include downstairs heritage style rooms to the more modern upstairs seafront spa suites with private balconies and spas.

Most rooms have sea views, tea and coffee facilities, plasma large screen TV with Austar channels, small fridge and a comfortable queen beds. Different styles of rooms have differing bedding configurations to accommodate families, groups, couples and the single traveller.

Anchorage Functions
2 private function rooms are available for corporate functions, meetings and presentations or family special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, and small weddings.

Our chef can accommodate any catering requirements and several function menu options are available.
We cater for cocktail style events, small weddings and sit down functions.

Some of our successful functions include 21st birthday celebrations celebrated in the loft and in front of the unique boat bar in the main restaurant, several small weddings located in the Warringa Dining Room, corporate presentations and launching of products, pharmaceutical events, and more local gatherings ie: council meetings and end of year Christmas functions. We have opened the main restaurant dining area for School Formals and Sporting Presentations.

Anchorage Café Restaurant Wine Bar is open 7 days for breakfast, lunch,dinner and tapas. Experience a relaxed meal carefully prepared by our talented chefs from fresh local produce and served by our enthusiastic, friendly staff. Finish with our house roasted coffee on the veranda in summer or by the cosy log fire in winter.

Enjoy a casual glass of wine from the international wine bar boasting specialty beers and a variety of local wines from the McLaren Vale, Langhorne Creek and surrounding wineries on the Fleurieu.


Anchorage Cafe, Restaurant, Wine Bar is open from 8am until late evening 7 days a week.

The menu has been carefully designed around fresh local produce and includes hearty breakfasts, fresh baguettes at lunch with homemade soup and crusty bread and fresh salads, char grilled seafood and steak dishes and wood fired pizza for dinner. Open all day for coffee and cake. Our friendly and motivated staff welcomes you to join them for an enjoyable meal on the seafront veranda, alfresco style in summer or in front of the cosy open log fire in the winter.
Enjoy a glass of wine or specialty beer served at the unique boat bar, choosing from the exciting wine list or relax by the cosy open wood fire in winter with an award winning house roasted coffee.
