Hahndorf Hill Winery is a boutique wine producer situated outside the German heritage town of Hahndorf in the beautiful Adelaide Hills of South Australia.
The winery specializes in Austrian/Germanic variety wines such as Gruner Veltliner, Blaufrankisch and Zweigelt, but it also produces the cool-climate classics such as Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio and Shiraz, for which the Adelaide Hills wine region is renowned.
The Hahndorf Hill cellar door is open seven days a week for tastings and sales, and offers spectacular views of the vineyard and surrounding countryside.
In addition to serving gourmet platters and cheese plates, the cellar door also offers ChocoVino, its acclaimed chocolate and wine matching experience based on the concept of terroir, in which some of the world's best single-origin chocolates are matched to Hahndorf Hill's boutique wines.
Hahndorf Hill Winery has won numerous tourism awards as well as the award for Best Producer (<100 tonnes) at the Adelaide Hills Wine Show 2016.
