We are situated at the site of the Old Ben Lomond Golf Course on the scenic route between Avoca and Fingal which passes through the towns of Rossarden and Mangana on the Southern side of Ben Lomond.
We Have 15 Self Contained Cabins nestled amongst the trees with outstanding views of the Southern side of Mount Ben Lomond.
We have 9 Studio style Cabins which consist of a queen bed in the living/dining area with separate Ensuite and Kitchen.
We have 6 two Bedroom Cabins with a big Kitchen, Dining/living room, and Bathroom.
3 of the two bedroom Cabins have a Queen bed in each room, and 3 of the two bedroom Cabins have a Queen Bed in one room and 2 Single Beds in the other room.
The Kitchens are complete for Self Catering with Gas Hot Water and Cooking facilities, full sized Fridge, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, all Pots and Pans and Utensils etc., just bring your own food with you!
There is a plunger if you would like to bring your own “Real” Coffee.
Salt and Pepper, Tea, Coffee, Sugar and Milk is provided.
Soap, Shampoo and Conditioner is also provided free.
All Towels and Linen is also Provided.
Each Cabin has its own Privacy, Deck and Carpark.
Each Cabin also has electric blankets and a Heat Pump/Air Conditioner.
Good quality rain water is collected on site for drinking.
Guests have free access to the Laundry and Gazebo/Barbecue Facilities etc.
The Cabins have a land-line phone and the Internet is available via a LAN Outlet, and WiFi is available adjacent to the Main Office Building.
There are many unguided Bushwalks in the area ranging from very easy to hard. Ask our friendly Staff about our Guided Bushwalking Tours!
Orienteering and Rock Climbing are also very popular activities in this area.
The 9 Hole Golf Course is open to Guests for a chip around but at the moment is not fully operational as the Greens are not in good condition. Clubs and Balls are available to lend.
Freshwater fishing can be undertaken in the area for people who bring their own equipment.
