Executive Pastry Chef Jo Ward certainly pushes the boundaries of food as art. Truly inventive, creative and above all delicious the desserts at Om Nom are something to behold. Head Chef Darren Jones is the young gun at the helm of the savouries; and together he and Ward team up to bring a well-rounded offering to the discerning Melbourne diners, travellers and hotel guests they welcome through the doors.
Adelphi's 8th floor private dining or meeting space is fitted with the same sumptuous furnishings as the hotel rooms and is a wonderful, light-filled and creative space to hold a private meeting, breakfast, lunch or dinner. It's suited to 12 guests. The rooftop Pool & Deck area is also an incredibly unique space for a private event.
