Fitzrovia is an all day dining restaurant and boutique event venue overlooking Albert Park. Situated in a beautiful converted Federation mansion house, Fitzrovia sparkles with ornate pressed tin ceilings, tessellated tiles, exposed handmade bricks, beautiful leadlight, hardwood floors and inspiring views of the city skyline through the park.

Fitzrovia provides the ideal space for your boutique event, with many different function rooms that can be converted to suit your event.
Your guests can meet for pre-diner drinks and canapés either on our Federation terrace inside the atrium, or outdoors in the courtyard under the ancient London plane trees of the 'Paris' end of bustling Fitzroy Street. Our dining room is divided into two spaces; the Parlor and the Refectory. Both spaces can be used separately, or combined to make one large space.

The refectory is the original dining room of Waldorf mansions and has direct access to our bustling open kitchen.
THE TERRACE

The terrace is the most atmospheric location at Fitzrovia and has been used for many photo sessions and film shoots. The original front terrace of the Waldorf mansion, and now under cover of our glass atrium, the space shines with tessellated tiles, tuck-pointed brickwork and ornate moldings, and makes the perfect weatherproof period backdrop for heritage location shoots.

Alongside Fitzrovia is the courtyard, a space looking over Albert Park that is available for informal lunches and diners, and is perfect for pre-dinner drinks and canapés.
