Founded in 2010 upon intentions to explore the art and industry of coffee sourcing and roasting, Industry Beans has since expanded into a full, architecturally designed café, sought out by crowds across Fitzroy and beyond. An award-winning, open plan converted warehouse on the corner of Rose and Fitzroy Street is where Industry Beans calls home, and where tantalising aromas of roasted coffee beans lure those passing by into this contemporary space for a taste and a dish to follow. Plated with artistic flair, find curious dishes like the Coffee Garden with coffee custard pudding, coffee caviar, chocolate soil, pistachio sponge and tuile.
