Located in the heart of Kew, QPO Restaurant, Cafe & Events serves up modern Australian cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week.

QPO (formerly the Kew Post Office) has been an iconic Melbourne landmark since it was first built in 1880. The building continued to be used as a post office up until 1995 when it underwent a complete transformation to become a restaurant. The sights continue just outside our al fresco courtyard with the beautiful marble and stone Kew War Memorial.

Since 1995, QPO has seen several reinventions but we think we've hit the nail on the head with this one.
QPO is now a modern Australian restaurant and function centre. Come in for breakfast, lunch or dinner and see what the fuss is about! Our menu has something for every taste with delicious breakfasts & foccaccias served until 5pm, beechclay oven pizzas from midday & a variety of pastas, burgers, meat dishes, risottos, fresh salads & housemade desserts available all day - everyday til late. Great food, coffee & wine in a beautiful piece of history. We also host a range of events from birthdays, engagement parties, corporate events and more.
