Hallertau Brewery has been producing ‘hopping good beer’ at their North West Auckland location since 2005. An on-site bar and restaurant serves the local community and attracts day tripping Aucklanders, international visitors, mountain bikers and surfers. Late 2015 saw the installation of a brand new 2500L Brew House and in 2016 this was complimented by a 200 seater Biergarten. Hallertau’s core range of 6 – 8 beers encompasses international styles from Kolsch, IPAs, Schwarzbier to barrel aged and sour beers. One-offs, seasonals and collaborations regularly appear through-out the year.
