Cosy Corner is now operating as a summer holiday park only and will be open from 20th December to Easter each year, plus Labour weekend.

During the rest of the year we will also consider bookings from school groups, sports teams and similar (minimum 4 night stays).
Please note we are already fully booked for Aims Games 2017.

We apologise for any inconvenience these changes will cause to our loyal guests, however we look forward to still providing a great Kiwi summer camping experience.

Cosy Corner Holiday Park is your perfect beach holiday – at stunning Mount Maunganui in the Bay of Plenty.
Stay with us and you are literally 80 metres from the white sands of one of New Zealand’s most popular and most pristine beaches at Mount Maunganui.

Spend long days surfing at Mount Maunganui Beach, swimming, sunbathing and sandcastle-building or relaxing in our large pool (summer only).
If you need warming up, try our poolside Hot Tub at 38 degrees.

Have a Cafe Breakfast at the base of Mount Maunganui, and fill long warm evenings with sunset beach walks, barbecues and totally relaxed camp life.
Families have been enjoying a Mount Maunganui beach holiday here at Cosy Corner since 1968 and we (the Davidson family) still own the holiday park!
