Ashburton Aviation Museum is one of New Zealand's best kept secrets. Tucked away in 3 Hangars are around 40 historical aircraft of differing types. Military, Agricultural, General Aviation, Helicopters and much more.

We have the only Harrier Jump Get GR3 in the southern hemisphere perfectly restored. Other planes we have include A4 Skyhawk, MB339 Aermacchi, Dc3, Spartan, Percival Provost, Proctor. Zlin topdressor, Air Truck topdressor,Devon, Vampires,Pper Cherokee, Skipper, and our latest acquisition is a Polish Mig 17. The team are just converting a hut into a replica radio shack, complete with all the equipment.The walls of our hangar are full of information.
