The Alpinism studio is situated on the same property as the Alpinism and Ski mountain guiding company in Wanaka. Your hosts are Iris, originally from Switzerland but settled in NZ for almost 20 years and Gary, the mountain specialist with the real kiwi accent.

Split level, it contains on the upper level a double bed with a new mattress and toilet/shower. The lower level has the kitchen with fridge, stove, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, electric frying pan and microwave etc. dining table and chairs plus a small living area with tv/music player. Ideal for a couple, but children and dogs are allowed (if controlled); an extra bed can be arranged on the sofa; there are two heaters available and bed linen and towels are provided.

Free wi-fi (so called unlimited) and plenty of advice about places to visit and things to do.
