Modern friendly bed and breakfast catering to all nationalities. Situated just 1500 metres from the town and lake, and is an easy walk for most people. Hosts Phil and Barbara have been accommodating guests for several years in Wanaka. Included in price is a delicious cooked breakfast with several options available. Also included is excellent free wifi and off street parking.
Both bedrooms have private and well equipped modern bathrooms with hairdryers, soaps and shampoos, heated towel rails and underfloor heating in the winter. Beds have cotton linen, electric blankets and rooms included wardrobe storage and self controlled heating. Included is a shared guest fridge / freezer, microwave and tea / coffee making facilities.
