Swiss born Chef Dominique Jeanneret is passionate about his art and over the years has perfected his dishes to enhance local produce, particularly New Zealand Lamb. This unique little restaurant is appreciated worldwide with visitors returning each year to sample it’s culinary delights. Dominique and his wife Sharon delight in growing herbs and berries to supplement the menu and foraging for walnuts, mushrooms and other produce growing abundantly in the area.
