Our Riverside B&B offers private, well appointed guest rooms in our character home. We are located on the banks of the Waikato River in the heart of Hamilton City.

Our home is warm, sunny and tastefully decorated with rich colours, antique furniture and has lovely views to the river and a wide vista of tree's. Our native Tui is a regular distinctive sound in the garden along with a variety of other birds. There is a sense of getting away from it all
once you arrive, but at the same time being conveniently close to the city and venues.

We have 3 guest rooms available and can sleep up to 5 people. Three extra single beds can be made available for a bigger group. Our home is centrally heated with radiant heating for the colder months, and cool, light and airy in the summer months.

Our "Vintage Room" looks out over the pool toward the river and has a queen bed, feather & down duvet and blanket, cotton bedlinen, ensuite bathroom, a large lounge area with french doors out to the pool which you are welcome to use. There is also a fridge, toaster, tea & coffee making facilities, a large screen TV with Netflix. Guests booking this room have the use of a pool table, and a table tennis table is also available.

The "Classic" guest room is a sunny, private, romantic bedroom with a queen bed, feather & down duvet, blanket and underlay, cotton bedlinen, and a guest bathroom with a claw foot bath, shower and toilet. Guests have the use of our formal lounge and access to our kitchen for tea & coffee making facilities.

Our "Colonial" guest room has a king single bed also with feather & down duvet and cotton bedlinen. It is a spacious room with a chaise lounge, and has a guest bathroom for your sole use.

All guests are provided with breakfast which consists of homemade muesli, fruit and yogurt, wholegrain toast, poached egg, juice, tea &
coffee.

We try to meet special dietary requirements.

The river walkway and cycle track is on our boundary and is a must do while staying. It is an easy walk into the city for our
amazing cafes and restaurants, to rugby and cricket stadiums, and a longer walk or short drive to the Claudelands Event centre.

Hamilton Gardens, Hobbiton, Waitomo caves and the waterfalls and Natural bridge at Marakopa are great destinations to explore for day
trips. The world renown Raglan surf break and beach (and nearby Bridal Veil Falls) are a 45 min drive, and a beautiful place to visit with
great eateries and interesting shops.
