We are a local family owned and operated helicopter company based in Franz Josef Glacier on the West Coast of New Zealand's South Island. Our scenic flights depart on demand, we pride ourselves in being more than just a helicopter company, to us it’s a sharing experience. Taking our guests into the stunning wilderness of rain forest, glaciers and mountains we’ve grown up to love over the past years, a real journey of discovery and adventure.
Flight #1 - Glacier Explorer with Snow Landing - $250 per person - 25min
Lifting up from our Helibase to experience the grandeur of the Franz Josef Glacier Valley is a spectacular view from the start of this flight. Our route takes you into the Southern Alps past Mt Ellie DeBeaumont for a majestic snow landing with panoramic views.
Flight #2 - Twin Explorer with Snow Landing - $330 per person - 35min
Treat yourself to a journey of discovery and explore Glaciers of unforgettable beauty, along with the high mountains of the Southern Alps including Mt Cook and Mt Tasman with a snow landing. Our flight route will take you closely over the Franz Josef and Fox Glaciers but if the weather conditions are not suitable we may alter our route on the day to take in the magnificent Tasman Glacier.
Flight #3 - Ultimate Discovery with Snow Landing - $465 per person - 45min
Fly over the Franz Josef and Fox Glaciers then cross the Main Divide and look into the Tasman Glacier, with massive views of Mount Cook and the stunning Southern Alps with a landing on one of our prestigious sites to stop and take in some of the world's most spectacular natural scenery. It will take your breath away.
