Mentiritas Blancas is an artisan bakery and third wave coffee lab located in the heart of Panama City, Via Argentina. In the pastry side, we can tell you that we make all our pastries from scratch, and put great care in details and flavor. We've got very distinctive patties, matching peculiar combinations with full flavors in all of our presentations: Buffalo Chicken, Capresse, Meat-bacon-potato, mozzarella cheese and Peperonatta. Our deserts also take the traditional recipes with a personal spin, looking to cure the classic tastes with a modern spark. Our red velvet cookies, chocolate chip cookies, brownies, Nutella cheesecake and Red Velvet Cheesecake have their own personality.

Besides being a dedicated pastry, we also take great and dedication in our coffee bar. We offer our clients a wide variety of extraction methods: Espresso Bar, Filter coffee bar and Cold brews & special coffee recipes. Our purpose is to give the customer not only a good coffee experience, but shaped according their own particular taste. We are a proud multiroaster in which you can find several coffees from Colombia, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Kenya, Ethiopia, sometimes Berlin, China, and Panamá,

The space in which all of this takes place is very cozy. Our goal is not to be crowded and floating in cash, but to give the client a place to relax, take a good coffee and start a good conversation, maybe color some coloring books, read a little literature or coffee literature, or just listen to good music from our baristas picks. The space is meant to embrace you with a different pace, letting you engage with yourself or with your company in a very natural way.

On Sundays, understanding that Sundays are supposed to be a comfort day, we have our distinctive "Mentiritas Blancas Brunch", in which you can pick from toasts with avocado and egg, Croissant with ham, muenster and cheddar cheese, fried egg and alfalfa, Nutella or Honey Waffles with Cocote eggs or Caramelized bacon.
