Mix of Figs is a new vegan restaurant which offers an unique menu of delicious and healthy food. The menu is focused on the traditional fast foods like pizza, meat-alternatives, croquettes, appetizers, salads, nut milks, desserts and other culinary cravings.
We believe that making alternatives of the traditional animal products will help people easily transition to more healthy and natural diet without giving up their favorite tastes.

Our mission is to show that the vegan fast foods is the better alternative - it is tasty and at the same time provide us with most of the nutrition our body needs to feel live and energized. Based completely on natural plant ingredients, the food is nutritious, nourishing and abundant in living energy which promotes health, longevity and makes us feel happy.
Our team is composed of bright people full of enthusiasm that have strong background in the culinary profession. Our goal is to create delicious and innovative culinary products that are aligned with the nature and the healthy diets.

Our culinary is 100% vegan, plant-based and free of animal products. We do not use meat, fish, butter, milk, eggs, cheese, gelatin, honey or other animal by-products. All dishes and products and their ingredients like sauces, dough, salads, appetizers including the milk are produced in our kitchen.
The food is prepared from fresh products with much love and desire by using methods that preserve the living energy in the ingredients. Part of the menu is composed of raw foods and for the other we apply mild thermal treatment in order to preserve the living nutrients in the products. We include fresh fruits, vegetables and nuts. We use wholegrain flours and always soak the nuts before use so they release their enzyme inhibitors. We do not fry, use refined oils, emulsifiers, stabilizers or artificial preservatives. All products are delivered from well-known vendors and to make sure everything is fresh and with top quality. All products are GMO-free.
