Starting 2017, this contemporary restaurant member of 'Les Grandes Tables du Monde' continues its quest in the art of living well with the new executive chef Julien Lefebvre, who has recently made Medoc wine his playground. Take a culinary journey between land and sea in the heart of the vineyards.
Ingredient worship and respect for the local producers inspire the young chef who set out to discover their treasures: caviar from Aquitaine, white asparagus and strawberries from Saint-Laurent-Médoc, sea-bass from the Estuary, as well as oysters from the Bay of Arcachon.
With over 1,500 references, the wine list includes Bordeaux grands crus and a fine collection of wines from elsewhere. A work of excellence that allowed the restaurant to have featured in the Top 18 for France in the 'Tour des Cartes' 2017 competition, Palace and starred Restaurants category.
The restaurant is open from Wednesday to Sunday, 12pm - 1.45pm and 7.30pm - 9pm.
Annual closure from December to March.
