The Pan-Asian-Pacific Cuisine

GinYuu is the latest gastronomy concept of Kent Hahne. The focus here is the Pan-Asian-Pacific cuisine, which creates a relaxed attitude towards life by using fresh and flavorful products. Individual attention gives the guest the homey feeling of sitting in his living room rather than a restaurant.

This mix of lifestyle and traditional newly-defined Pan-Asian Pacific cuisine create a new world for the guest, in which he can immerse himself and relax while absorbing the exquisite food flavors and taste with all his senses. And our Ginyiis are always by his side as constant companion!

The GinYuu Stuttgart is located in the largest shopping center of Stuttgart, the Milaneo. The large sun terrace and the close proximity to the city center invite the guests to have a nice time at the GinYuu.

"Gin ngai, gin yuu" is a Thai proverb which loosely translated means: "Eat simple, live easier." Our motto is in contrast to the customary eating and living habits in this country.

GinYuu opens the door to a new, unique world for each guest in which he can relax and unwind from the daily grind. The unusual, exotic aromatic flavors that engulf the entire restaurant as a result of the open-plan show kitchen, offer the guest with whole new sensory experience as well as an extraordinary awareness of life beyond the daily routine - day and night!
