Why I love Jardinette?
First, it's truly a garden-restaurant. As soon as you enter, you feel like you're at home. It's a place where the large chestnut trees offer you shade in the hottest of summer days and where you can dine in the winter garden when it's cold. It's a place where you may taste the favourite traditional meals of locals such as Roasted Ribeye with Onions, a dish to compete with any delicious steak, and where the taste of Hot Apple Pie and Ice-cold Floating Islands bring back good old memories from childhood.

Jardinette is a family business opened in 2001 by Peter Kálmán a former hotel manager of more good name hotels in Budapest. The restaurant is managed by his son Zoltán Kálmán, who took over the business after spending 22 years in banking.

The restaurant caters 120 guests in winter and additional 70 guests in summer season. It is a popular place for weekend lunches, family events, weddings and ideal for company events, lunch and dinner, as well.

Jardinette is a perfect place should you wish to be a bit away from crowded city, feel like you are in the country side being not more than 10 mins from city center by car or bus.
