A different cooking school in a tipical house of Milan.
Learn italian cooking, dine and socialize.
Classes are held in english by Aurora, the house owner and a certified cook. We meet around 10 p.m. (or 18 p.m. for evening classes) for a drink and snacks to chat about the daily menu and to know each other.
Small groups from two to six people.
We cook four recipies from all over italian regions.
After two and half hours of team works, we have a dinner to eat our masterpieces with good italian wine or beer.During the dinner Aurora tells the origin and history of the different recipies and the the wine's choice. We finish the dinner with a good expresso coffee,your cooking diploma and a gift to remember this special day
