Fresh, fast and delicious: no wonder the
pizza al taglio has been Rome’s favourite
quick bite for many years. Romans eat their
al taglio anytime of the day, sharing with
family and friends to get a taste of several
flavours. SUGO serves 20 varieties every
day with a lot of vegetarian and vegan
options. Our dough is made with organic
flour from wheat, spelt, sourdough and
soya. It’s naturally leavened for 72 hours,
resulting in an airy and easily digestable
crust. We make everything fresh, including
our pesto, tomato sauce and of course
tiramisu. A little piece of Rome in
