We love toasties, but then the real deal grilled cheese. Good bread, lots of cheese, everything that suits well in between, toasted to perfection and of course a dip sauce from heaven. We started making these seriously gourmet toasties years ago. Chicken, bacon, curry, bell pepper, cheese. Gorgonzola, pear, walnut, balsamic. Goat cheese, zucchini, honey, sundried tomato, spinach. Three layers of bread, two layers of toppings. Did you know that some toasties are more than 3 inches high before we put it into the grill?
