In October 2015, Paulo Freitas and Henrique Fernandes decided to create a new concept of Brewery in one of the most emblematic Avenues of Lisbon, Avenida da Liberdade. This way, the first Dote restaurant was born with typical Portuguese food, inspired by the North's welcoming attitude under João Gaito's management.
Within a year and nine months two more restaurants have opened in Lisbon, always with the same concept of modern brewery, where the star is the Francesinha.
The customers are welcomed by our maitre d' Jhonisson Silva, and in the kitchen there are many varieties prepared by the hands of chef José Figueiredo, from the most traditional to the most creative.
This is the case of the Francesinha, Octopus fillets with Bean Rice, Grilled Lamb Chops with Mint Butter, Monkfish skewers with Prawns, Cod Loin with Olive Crust and Red Wine Reduction Loin. To accompany you should look at our Wine List exclusively with Portuguese wines.
The space is well organized to receive large groups, families and even couples. Its pleasant terrace invites you to visit both in summer and winter.
