Bodegas Bentomiz is a winery near Sayalonga, offering tours, wine-tastings, lunches and special events. We are in a stunning location, in Malaga's hills but within sight of the Mediterranean sea. Here we enjoy good winter rains and long dry summers, the heat softened by sea breezes. Our 80 to 100 year old vines flourish in our "terruño pizarroso" slate soils. Combining these natural assets with modern vinification techniques we produce a range of fresh, delicate wines: white, red, rosé; dry and sweet. The wines have won recognition and prizes, are sold throughout Europe and beyond, and are served in 20+ Michellin-starred restaurants, including El Celler de Can Roca***, De Karmeliet*** and The Ledbury**.

Tours & Tastings:
Visitors are welcomed year-round and enjoy touring the vineyard, in this most beautiful setting before exploring our modern bodega to learn about the wine-making process, including both Málaga traditions and our own unique approach. Finally visitors ascend to our bright and airy wine-salon to enjoy a guided tasting of 4 Ariyanas wines. Tours start at 12.30 from Wednesday-Sunday. Reservation is recommended.

Food & Wine
Lunch is also available, after the wine tasting, at 2 o'clock. Our chefs Juan Quintanilla and André Both, have created 3 and 5 course menus of exquisite dishes based around our wines, demonstrating a perfect pairing. Their creative cuisine uses locally sourced, fresh ingredients. We are happy to adapt the menus for guests with allergies or special diets but ask to be informed in advance. A child's menu of 3 simple, healthy dishes, for children aged 4-11, is also available. Reservation required.

Special Events
Bodegas Bentomiz offers a variety of special events, from cooking Master classes, to Christmas celebrations. In the summer the Mountain Wines & Music series of open-air concerts sees musicians, from classical pianists to flamenco arts, to soul and jazz-bands, performing beside the vineyard, while guests also enjoying wine and gourmet tapas. Private events, from birthday celebrations to VIP dinners, Weddings and Club lunches, are possible by arrangement.
