Native Spanish Tapas is a cooperative business of half American and half Spanish tour guides, whose American fathers were stationed in a U.S. military base in Madrid. We have set up what we believe to be a real local's tapa tour experience, because we take our clients where our Spanish families used to take us.
Our mission is to take you where real Madrid local's go for the best tapas in Madrid. A lot of the traditional Madrid tapas bars now cater to the touristy crowds and have consequently altered their quality standards, yet some of the them still cater to the local crowds who still love going to the historical city center of Madrid for lunch or dinner. And that is where we take you.
We have only been in business one full year, yet we have had great success and all five start reviews in Tripadvisor.
We offer four different kinds of tapas tours: History and tapas, Craft-beer and tapas, Gourmet wine and tapas tour and Real Madrid museum and tapas tour.
Our tour guides are half American and half Spanish understand both cultures perfectly.
Our clients are typical North American, British and Australian, average age of 40 years.
