Excursions to Tabarca Island usually last one day. A number of departures are available (with a varying frequency, depending on the season) from the port of Santa Pola in a comfortable 15-minute boat ride. Once on the island, visitors can enjoy the crystal-clear water of its beaches and coves, the picturesque marina and a variety of excellent restaurants that serve the traditional Tabarca caldero. Other great ideas include taking a stroll through the small town and visiting the Tabarca museum. Guests can spend the night on the island in one of the flats, homes, hostels or hotels that are available.
