Welcome to Listoke Distillery & Gin School. Listoke Distillery and Gin School is nestled on the grounds of the beautiful Listoke Estate in the heart of The Boyne Valley in Ireland's Ancient East. Listoke Distillery & Gin School is a gin lovers paradise. Visitors to Our Gin School learn about Listoke's historical connection to some of the worlds brewing and distilling giants.
The Gin School at Listoke is located in a 200 year old stable and barn. At the Gin School there are 2 offerings. The first package is the Listoke Gin Experience. Visitors tour the distillery and see how Listoke 1777 small batch hand-crafted Irish Gin is produced. When they return to the Gin School they are educated on Listoke's vast distilling heritage. This is followed by an guide and exploration into the curious world of botanicals. There are in excess of 40 fresh and dried botanicals visitors can select in designing their very own bottle of gin. Once the visitor makes their selection, they distil, bottle label and seal their very own bottle of gin to take away. Finger food is served to the guest and Listoke G&T's are served throughout the Listoke Gin Experience.
The second offering at the Gin school is a "Tour & Tasting". Guests are given a brief history of Listoke's distilling heritage and a tour of the distillery. Following on from this they return to the school where the receive some finger food and a tasting of 3 different Listoke G&T's.
At Listoke we offer our visitors a unique and interactive gin experience, the first and only of its kind in Ireland. "A life well lived, a gin well loved".
