Wexford Lavender Farm is Ireland's first dedicated (organic) Lavender Farm! We have 2 acres of lavender plants laid out in 9 beds for easy access. The Purple Haze Cafe serves breakfast (10.30-12.00) lunch and delicious homemade treats, we have seating for 60 people. We have a giftshop stocking unique products and our own lavender, plants are for sale during summer months. There are 3 walks in our local woods on a circular route starting/ending in our lavender field.
Children love playing in our outdoor playground, walking in woods looking for fairies and riding on Billly the Bull, our quad barrel train ride.
During July and August join us for a Distillery Tour to learn all about the lavender plant and how essential oil is made, pre-booking for tours is essential so please call or email before your visit. Also during the flowering period (late June through to September) supervised 'Cut your own Lavender' every day at 11.00.
We host kids parties with two hours fun and craft workshops for kids (see facebook). We also host private parties in our converted stable buildings which are a unique setting.
