Café l'Acadie - Home of the Sunday Rappie Pie
Come for a taste of Nova Scotia history. We prepare and serve authentic Acadian and other local comfort foods including Seafood Chowder, Rappie Pie, Fricot, Potato Pancakes, Fish and Chips, Pan Fried Haddock, Acadian Meat Pie and Fishcakes - just to name a few. Finish off your home cooked meal with a traditional French dessert. Pouding Chômeur is so delicious, we were awarded best restaurant of 2015 in the entire region by our provincial newspaper, for this dessert. All of our desserts are made right here.
We're situation at the Bluenose Inn and Suites, overlooking the beautiful Bedford Basin, part of the port of Halifax.
