One the menu: Chef Julien Ouellet’s cuisine revisits classic French dishes with a modern approach, both simple and sophisticated, and a genuine love for local produce which is sourced primarily from our organic garden on Île d’Orleans, as well as small local producers.
Our wine list boasts a panache all its own and includes 700 different labels from 14 countries. Our cellar houses over 12,000 bottles, many of which are private imports and vins de garde. The expertise of our sommelier team is available to create wine pairings that compliment both the menu and your personal tastes.
Guests wishing to celebrate special events and occasions in a private setting are invited to reserve our private dining room, James Hunt. A room with rare elegance, the James Hunt private dining room features a cathedral ceiling with exposed wooden beams, English-inspired furniture, centuries-old stone walls, and direct access to an outdoor patio with views of the St. Lawrence River.
