Located on the beautiful Arkansas River, the Nature and Raptor Center of Pueblo is home to many resident raptors such as eagles, owls, hawks, turkey vultures, and kestrels on display for viewing. After you're done visiting the birds, travel down to the visitor center where there is a gift shop, hiking and biking trails and a restaurant to grab a bite to eat.
During the summer months, we offer a variety of summer camps for kids entering Kindergarten all the way to entering their senior year in high school. Kids will discover nature, play in the river while looking for river critters, build forts, and so much more!
We host various programs each month such as our weekend raptor talks, 4th Saturday Birdwalks, Knee High Nature Hour and more.
The only cost is a $5 daily pass fee. Come and see us!
