Come down to “rewind” lounge, Denver’s newest lounge, to unwind and relax, while enjoying delicious food, one of our many Colorado beers, modern or retro cocktails, or a glass of something from our extensive wine list.

We’re located on the first level of 1515 Market Street, underneath 1515 Restaurant. We offer craft beers and a vast selection of wines from around the world.

This is where Old World meets New World in specialty cocktails; from Sazeracs, classic Manhattans, and Aperol Fizzes to our Strawberry Caviar Champagne.

We also offer light fare such as French Onion Soup and Seafood Pasta, and small plates of Egg Rolls, Pot Stickers or Blue Crab Cakes.

During our Social Hour weekdays from 4-6:30pm, “rewind” serves $3 well liquor drinks, $4 craft drafts and $5 house wines, not to mention specialty cocktails like our Liquid Nitrogen Shattered Raspberry Mojitos and Lavender Martinis.

We also have special prices on our small bites during Social Hour. We are a quaint spot where you can enjoy a drink and spend time with loved ones and new friends.

Rewind Lounge is the brainchild of owner and executive chef Gene Tang. Gene has run 1515 Restaurant, a successful fine dining establishment located on the 1st floor above Rewind, for almost 20 years. Gene wanted to add a lounge to 1515, a place where people can just stop by to have a tasty meal, enjoy classic or modern cocktails, or wines from around the world, and has now done so with Rewind.

It took two years to transform the ground floor space from a dark, tired and sleepy space to an energizing, hip lounge, equally perfect for relaxing and unwinding, as for having fun. Gone are the wood-framed windows, cast iron gate, drapery and painted walls, replaced now with modern multi-colored wood-paneled walls and LED circular lights. They also added a patio for outdoor dining when weather permits, and accordion windows that can be opened in the summertime, to give Rewind Lounge an open feeling.

1515 has always prided itself on its excellent cuisine, and Rewind will offer the same outstanding food in a more casual setting. Gene serves global menus that blend different countries’ flavors. The food served here pays homage to tradition while also adding modern interpretations. The Rewind Lounge menu consists of light fare ($8-$10), small plates ($6-$8) and entrées ($15-$22,) though the full menu from 1515 is available, too. Many of the menu items feature unique takes on molecular gastronomy, like their Buffalo Mozzarella, a sphere shaped bubble that releases a garlic flavor when it opens. The beef on the menu is a hard-to-find Wagyu beef that is raised in Colorado and comes from 7X Ranch.

Many of the cocktails offered at the bar are classics made with Colorado spirits: Old-Fashions, Manhattans, and Sazeracs, familiar favorites everyone enjoys. What makes Rewind special, though, is the unique drinks made using molecular gastronomy—a new and tactile way of approaching flavor. New inventions are added the menu every Molecular Monday, so guests can try something new each week.
