We are a gourmet specialty food store that makes old fashioned homemade caramels, (and caramels with chocolate) jams and jellies, fruit butters, salsas, fruit syrups, vinaigrettes, almond toffee and chocolate truffles. Sampling is encouraged in our store and you can watch us make our products as well.
The caramels we make are soft and buttery with the delightful finish of Mexican Vanilla and you can enjoy them with or without walnuts, almonds and pecans.
Choke Cherries are a wild berry found in the surrounding mountains and forest and are not actually cherries. They are a member of the rose family and we make jelly, syrup, vinaigrette and a drink mix out them - try it with a habanero infused vodka for a sinful Choke Cherry Habanero Margarita.
To compliment our unique products we also have a specialty kitchenware section and carry spices, sea salts, dip mixes, scone mixes, specialty teas, local made sodas, chutneys, sauces and other unique food items. Shipping and gift baskets are also available and we ship anywhere!
