Visit the Brandywine Zoo, a small gem located in beautiful Brandywine Park in Wilmington. Delaware's only Zoo is open all year 10 AM – 4 PM (except Monday & Tuesday Nov. thru Feb.) Last admission is 3:30 PM. We offer free parking, a snack bar and great souvenirs in our Zootique gift shop!
Admire an Amur Tiger, Red Pandas, North American River Otters, a Green Tree Python, Pre-hensiled tail Skink and more! Sign up for Zoo Camp or join us for a WILD time during our special events like Brew at the Zoo, Earth Day, Boo at the Zoo and Star Wars Day! The Brandywine Zoo is a member of the American Zoo and Aquarium Association (AZA) and is one of over 200 accredited zoos and aquariums in North America, a distinction that marks its commitment to providing excellent care for animals, a great experience for the visitor and a better future for all living things.
*Please note the Zoo is closed on Christmas Day, and may close early for some evening special events.
