Daylight Mind Coffee Company is a coffeepub, featuring carefully sourced, roasted, and brewed coffees and an American bistro style food menu available throughout the day. Set in an open and relaxing space, guests will be refreshed and energized while drinking and dining at Daylight Mind. With a luxurious vibe, Daylight Mind offers both residents and visitors an experience unlike any other.

Much of what Daylight Mind offers is locally sourced, as both supporting their community and providing high quality products are important ideals. While an array of spectacular world coffees are offered, Daylight Mind specializes in Hawaii-grown coffees, all of which are roasted in their Kailua-Kona location. With a variety of brew methods and house-made syrups available, there’s a coffee (or tea) beverage for everyone.

The food menu is built around fresh ingredients, sourced from local producers whenever possible. All of the bread and pastry products are baked in-house at the flagship location. With brunch, happy hour, and dinner menus, diners have an excuse to visit the restaurant any time of day.

In addition to a delightful view of satisfying food options, Daylight Mind hosts a variety of concerts, events, dance nights, and parties, both private and public, on its extraordinary ocean-side deck. Every week, something fun is happening that is worth attending.
