Sheffield House is conveniently located in Kailua, a residential Kailua Beach community. We have two vacation rental units-- the Garden Suite and the Ginger Studio with a Secret Garden -- which are connected to - but separate from - our house. Wake up to the sound of birds singing in the distance and breezes coasting in from the ocean, then go for a walk on beautiful, white, sandy, Kailua Beach . We are located ten houses away (an easy walk) to Kailua Beach, definitely the best beach in Hawaii. We are also 13 houses away from an Olympic sized community pool and many tennis courts. We are also located within walking distance of shopping and restaurants in Kailua. And we are only 12 miles from Honolulu, 14 from Waikiki. And yes,
Both units , the Garden Suite and Ginger Studio. are on ground floor.There are no stairs. Each unit has a parking space in the driveway on Sheffield House property, private entrance, phone, wireless internet connection,WIFI and cable color TV. Each has an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, Mexican tile floors, wicker/rattan furniture and tropical colors set a beautiful scene for a relaxing vacation. While it IS air-conditioned, we have good tropical breezes almost all of the time and ceiling fans in every room. We are a non-smoking facility.We also make available boogie boards, beach towels and beach chairs . Each has an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, high definition cable TV and extreme high speed WIFI . A complimentary breakfast of pastry, fruit, juice, coffee and tea is provided in your room for the FIRST morning.
The Garden Suite can sleep 3 for $159- $174 per night.+ tax and cleaning fee. The suite is two rooms with windows that keep the room open and breezy. conditioning system. It has a its own private garden area with outdoor eating table which is anchored by a white shower tree. It has a kitchenette, queen size bed, and a fold-out sofa, . The Garden Suite has a blender, two burner hot plate, half size refrigerator, electric frying pan, toaster oven, dishes, utensils, then sink and kitchen cabinets as well as sink are provided. The shower in the bathroom is large and the tile is the color of the ocean.
Ginger Studio with a Secret Garden Can sleep 2 . $144-$154 per night+ tax+cleaning fee. The Ginger Studio has a queen-sized bed with Hawaiian applique quilts and a private bath with a marble counter top. It has a large shower (no tub). It is equipped with a breakfast bar or with a microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and under counter refrigerator and a table for two.
