Louisiana Tour Co began operation in 1989 as a swamp tour boat operator. We slowly began to evolve into a multi-option tour company. We added Air Boats to our operation. Then City and Plantation Tours. Today we offer a wide array of tours and combination tours in the same day. We use modern, air conditioned minibuses for our ground transportation. We offer hotel pick up at all French Quarter and Central Business District hotel. There are many hotels near the French Quarter that are serviced by our ground transportation service. For customers that are outside of the area that we can pick up like many Air B & B locations, we can advise of a location that the client can meet our drivers.

We offer swamp tours by Tour Boat and Airboat. You will spend about 1 hour 40 minutes on the water, seeing the flora and fauna of the swamps of Barataria. Most of our guests tell us that the swamp tour is the highlight of their stay in New Orleans.

We offer 3 hour City tours with an overview of some of the highlights of the city. Our licensed city tour guides will entertain you as you view some of the points of interest in the city. You will have a 15 minutes cemetery tour, view the majestic Oaks of City Park and Lake Pontchartrain.

We also offer Plantation tours of Oak Alley or Laura plantation as well as combo tours of Plantation & swamp or airboats. For the ultimate experience, you can view two plantation in the same day of Oak Alley and Laura Plantations.
